Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, the successful candidates will be responsible for completing all administrative duties required for the control of material throughout the despatch and distribution process including; order generation, interpretation of information from drug order forms and transferring orders onto the processing system. The position will also involve ensuring that data is transacted and maintained accurately, updating and distributing information systems to reflect the current status for each despatch and liaising with couriers and carriers.

The successful candidate will posses 5 GCES at grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths and CLAIT or similar computer qualification/experience, and must have work experience in an office environment, preferably with experience of shipping to countries worldwide, specifically in documentation generation and of order processing. He/she must also be able to demonstrate a high attention to detail, good written and oral communication skills and the ability to work overtime when required.

Salary: £17,304 plus 20% shift allowance Hours: Wed-Sat, 5.00pm - 3.30am These positions are 3 month contracts.
